We're looking for a Head of Talent Marketing to own and scale TRM's talent brand through high-quality storytelling and distribution. This role sits at the intersection of content, brand, and growth-focused on turning TRM's voice, insights, and leadership perspective into compelling narratives that attract top talent. You will operate as a high-autonomy individual contributor, responsible for both creating best-in-class content and events and ensuring it reaches the right audiences through effective distribution.
